As the incoming lead tenant inthe 196,000 square-foott Class A office building at 11091 Sunseyt Hills Road in its 11-year lease starts later this year. Initially, 400 program management-type employeees be relocating from variousz offices in Fairfax County into theResto building. Down the road in 2011 or 2012, the number of employeess at the site will doubleto 800.
